Leeanna Hays is an artist that strives to produce passionate and intriguing works of art! She is confident in her ability to bring people together and to accurately translate her artistic vision into something she can be proud of.
My project is about my life and how I would (and still do) make comics to escape the traumas of my everyday life. Along with making comics I would watch anime on VHS tapes to get inspiration. My story will be a sad one covering topics of being a young lone black kid in an predominantly white school, discrimination for my hair and skin color, and the recent years of finding myself and gaining confidence. TITLE: Healthy Escape From My Reality.
