COMMISSIONED MURALS

Murals at Mason connects a variety of artists with local mural opportunities and facilitates the project between the artist and client. Our projects are always open to artists who may not have mural experience.

We have mentored novice muralists through the design and painting process for private offices in the Art and Design building, the College and Visual Performing Arts office in College Hall, the Physics and Astronomy Department in Planetary Hall, the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media in Research Hall, and the Corner Pocket.

Off-campus clients who have hired us include Manassas Mall; The Flats on University; the Fairfax City Economic Development Office, and more…
