DESIGNER STATEMENT: Artist Statement: This project is a love letter to the natural world. The time I’ve spent in protected areas like national parks has been instrumental in my development as both a graphic designer and a human being. I wanted to honor that with this project. I created a series of posters for six of the parks I have visited over the years. These places are very important to me, and I feel lucky to have played some small part in their stories.
