DESIGNER STATEMENT: As an art major starting at Northern Virginia Community College, I wanted to pursue a path in illustration and gained an interest in graphic design. When I transferred to George Mason University, I decided to major in graphic design to learn how to become a designer. I have taken my love for illustration and integrated it within my design projects. Art has always been my passion, and being a student in the school of art has helped me learn new skills while giving me the knowledge and confidence to go out and start my graphic design journey.
